Equality and Diversity

This course involves identifying the types of discrimination and what to do when discrimination is encountered. It also covers the benefits of equality. In this course, you will learn:

Module One: Attendees will be able to identify and prevent discrimination. They will also gain an understanding of the meaning of and reason for equality and diversity as a method to combat discrimination.

Module Two: Attendees will be able to identify various discrimination complaints and understand how to respond to them. They will be able to employ various resolutory and disciplinary methods to deal with discrimination in the workplace.
