School Manager’s Qualification: Module 3: Human resources development, empowerment and support of all school community

The main focus of the learning in this knowledge module is to build an understanding of the knowledge and skills needed for school principals to articulate a vision and design and implement a plan for an effective school that is focused on learning and teaching and how leaders can optimise conditions to maximise learning through focusing on results. There are also practical and workplace modules if you are interested in completing the full Module 2 of this qualification.
