This workshop provides educators with a practical understanding of anger, emotional dysregulation, and behavioural outbursts in the classroom. Participants explore the underlying causes of anger, including stress, unmet needs, executive functioning challenges, and environmental triggers. Educators gain insight into how the brain responds to perceived threat and how classroom dynamics, communication styles, and discipline approaches can either escalate or de-escalate behaviour. Through case discussions and strategy development, teachers learn how to recognise early warning signs, respond calmly
