Effective Communication

This course on Effective Communication gives instruction on how to deliver winning presentations and communicate with others by applying effective nonverbal communication and presentation techniques. It covers general communication skills.

Module One: This module covers, in detail, various techniques attendees can employ to deliver successful presentations such as making use of no more than 4 bullet points and 6 words per slide; making use of graphics, music, and videos; and sticking to the script in a concise manner and with a positive tone.

Module Two: This module details and defines multiple effective nonverbal communication skills and techniques. It specifically focuses on active listening as a method of communication as well as the important rules for communicating with others. Methods such as eye-contact, echoing, clarification questions and empathetic responses are covered.
