The objective of this knowledge module is to develop insight into school operations, recognising the evolving context within which school principals function. It addresses the challenges encountered by schools in South Africa in effectively leading and managing educational institutions to foster conducive environments for optimal teaching and learning. Additionally, there is a Practical and Workplace module available for those aiming to complete the first module of this qualification.
